I am a 21 year slightly overweight old man but healthy. I’d been drinking much before this situation, but just of wine every night or almost every night. June 6, I tried gin for the first time and I had other front hard liquors. I am drinking on an empty stomach mixed with lemon and ginger juice (I don’t usually mix, experimenting). I’ve had half of the bottle and started to feel the need to take breaths so I stopped.

Nobody knows what it is, but everything that I know is started to happen after I’ve had the gin. I’ve not been drinking alcohol, and I’m eating a good diet, small meals, of all the recommendations for the stomach issues.

I get acupuncture and treatment by a naturopathic doctor, they have some good ideas and try, but I have not been “cured” yet. I wonder if you could give me some info on how the gin might cause it and what it might be? I have a stomach very very hearty, I collect hot sauces and used to eating habanero sauce and meal very, very large. I have a very high alcohol tolerant and never had this problem before, even after a large amount, it is so strange.

Everything I think, is the day I’ve had the gin, I had a Japanese cuisine for lunch (Sushi and beef teriaki) with some Spicy beef jerky (the kind that they keep in plastic vats). I had previously, so I don’t know if perhaps I contracted some food stomach bug and aggravated gin it? I have no idea, but this lasted for 2 months and I’m freaking out.

I saw a pneumologist makes a spirometer and the meter test lung, it just fine. My main symptom is below my neck irritation of the collar bone, constant. Shortness of breath has decreased since then.
